Many of the practices will be performed on the floor but can be adapted to be performed in a chair (chairs will be provided)

If you can get on/off the floor, bring a yoga mat and a bolster, cushion, pillow, blanket, or anything that will allow you to be comfortable sitting and lying on the floor
