  • Understanding Pain and Healing: Pain is complex and can be confusing. This workshop guides you to discover and positively influence your body’s natural healing processes.

  • 555 2nd Street, Encinitas, CA

  • 6:30pm-8:00pm

  • $15-$25 sliding scale

  • No registration necessary. Just show up!

  • Many of the practices will be performed on the floor but can be adapted to be performed in a chair (chairs will be provided)

  • If you can get on/off the floor, bring a yoga mat and a bolster, cushion, pillow, blanket, or anything that will allow you to be comfortable sitting and lying on the floor
